Meet the coaches

Mamon Tucker, Owner

Mamon Tucker grew up in Austin, Texas and graduated from Austin High School in 1998. While at Austin High he was a 3 year starter on the varsity baseball team. During this time he achieved many honors such as two time District MVP, two time All CenTex, two time All State, and Rawlings All American. He was also a candidate for the Louisville Slugger High School Player of the Year in 1998.

 Coach Tucker was a top 50 college recruit and signed a letter of intent to attend Oklahoma State University. In 1998, Coach Tucker was selected with the 39th overall pick of the MLB Amateur Draft by the Baltimore Orioles. He chose to pursue his dreams of becoming a major league baseball player and went on to play 8 seasons of professional baseball. He played in the Orioles, Phillies, Cardinals, Cubs, and Astros organizations.

 After his playing career, Coach Tucker continued to follow his passion for baseball and began coaching select baseball in the Austin area. His goal is to continue to share his love and knowledge of the game of baseball with kids of all ages.

Zach Noska, operations

Zach Noska attended Leander High School where he was a 3 year letter winner. Noska was a stand out performer earning him All- District honors for 3 consecutive years, LISD Dazzling Dozen, Offensive MVP, and Central Texas All Star Team. Noska was also invited to the Area Code games. Not only was he a stand out in baseball, Noska was a 3rd Team All- State and 2 time All- District performer in football. He won defensive back of the year for his district. After graduating in 2014, Noska signed a letter of intent to continue his baseball career at Division 1 University of The Incarnate Word.

​Noska decided to end his baseball career and finish his schooling at Texas State University where he graduated with a degree in Marketing.

NICO ESCALANTE

Nico was a 2013 graduate of Lake Travis High School where he double- lettered in football and baseball. During Nico’s junior year, he won a State Championship in football playing linebacker and played in the State Semi- Final in baseball. Nico had a monster senior year for Lake Travis leading the district in homeruns and RBI’s then earning himself 1st Team All- District honors . Following his senior year, he was recruited by multiple junior colleges, Hendrix College, and Texas A&M- CC but eventually decided to accept a scholarship to St. Edwards University. in Austin, Texas.

Nico graduated from St. Edwards University in 2017 with a degree in marketing.

Alexander Gonzales

Alexander “Gonzo” Gonzales graduated Austin high in 2015. While attending Austin High, we was a baseball standout as a 3 year letterman. Following the conclusion of his junior and senior year, he was awarded All- District honors, as well as 3rd Team All- Centex and an invitation to the Texas All Star Game held at the Dell Diamond. Upon graduation, Alexander decided to accept a scholarship and continue his baseball career at Coastal Bend College.

After injuries riddled his college career, Alexander decided to step away from baseball and finish his schooling at Texas State University. Alexander graduated in 2021 with a Bachelors in Public Relations. He is extremely excited to help the next generation of athletes become the best version of themselves on and off the field.

Jeff Paras

Jeff Paras was born and raised in Conroe Texas where he played on the Varsity baseball and football teams for 3 years. He received an offer to play football at Texas Lutheran University that he accepted. He played both football and baseball for the Bulldogs where he played both wide receiver on the football team and became the closer on the baseball team. He has several pitching records that still stand today. Coach Jeff was recruited to play in the Mountains Collegiate League and the New York City League for two Summers between his final two years in college. Jeff moved to the Austin area in 2007 where he became a certified personal trainer and a select coach with Austin Baseball Club as well as a private hitting/pitching instructor and program coordinator. He coached several High School players at ABC for 15 years, helping many guys achieve their dreams of playing at the next level beyond High School. Coach Paras is currently a Special Education teacher at Rouse High School. He is also an instructor at DBAT Cedar Park. He was married in 2014 to his wife Dianna in which they share 5 children. Jeff believes heavily in being a positive, motivating and impactful person in young players lives and brings great energy to the ball park each and every day.

Zach Morgan

Zach Morgan is an Austin native and a graduate of Austin High School where he was a baseball standout. As a 2 year letterman, he helped propel the Maroons to very successful seasons. Following his senior year, he decided to forgo playin baseball in college and focus on his schooling.

Zach quickly turned to helping others where he began working with people with special needs. From there, that eventually led him to coaching. Zach is excited to bring his baseball knowledge to the young players of today and play a positive role in their development.

Elijah lopez

Elijah Lopez is an Austin native and a graduate of Austin High School. While there, Elijah played baseball for all four years including playing at Tier 1 in the summer. Upon graduation, Elijah decided to forgo his future in baseball and attend Texas A&M Corpus Christi in pursuit of his electrical engineering degree. Elijah is now finishing his studies at Texas State University.

As a former Tier 1 player, Elijah will bring a great deal of knowledge to the players each day. He is looking forward to helping each player grow on the field and as a person.

Alex Cabezas

Alex Cabezas was a 2013 graduate of Westlake High School where he was a 4 year letterman in baseball and a 2 year letterman in wrestling. Following his high school career, Cabezas went on to play at Texas A&M International University. At TAMIU, Cabezas had a very successful career ending after a monster senior season batting .364.

Upon graduating with a degree in kinesiology and a minor in biology, Cabezas has shifted his focus to coaching. His main focus as a coach is helping young men become the best version of themselves on and off the field.

dakota limon

DJ Limon was born and raised in Austin, Tx, and graduated from Austin High School. After being a key two-way player, he committed to play at Temple College, where they made it to the world series his first year. After his freshman year, he transferred to play and finish his career at Concordia University in Austin, Tx. DJ has played baseball for many years and has gained a lot of knowledge on the game in which he hopes to share with the next generation of kids who want to learn.

Oscar peralta

Oscar Peralta is an Austin native and graduated from Navarro High School (formerly Lanier HS) in 2021. While at Navarro, Oscar was a four year varsity starter, with district awards every year except for a cancelled junior season. Awards include a unanimous first-team all-district utility player his senior year. He signed his letter of intent to continue his baseball and academic career at Huston-Tillotson University shortly after his senior season ended.

After injuries made it difficult to continue his baseball career, he decided to put his baseball career to the side, and stay at Huston-Tillotson University to continue his academic career. Oscar is excited to help the younger generation to be successful and guide them to have a bright future.
